All services provided by Schogini Systems may be used for lawful purposes only. This means, that illegal material is strongly forbidden. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State and/or City law, is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold Schogini Systems harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any  Schogini Systems servers. This includes sites that may have sexual content, or Link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to Schogini Systems servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of non-acceptable content or links:

1. Pirated software (illegal duplication, distribution of licensed software)
2. Hackers programs or archives
3. Warez Sites (Cracks to licensed software in example)
4. Adult Sites (Sex, Pornography, etc..)

Sudden Traffic Increase
Our servers monitor your sites traffic usage constantly. If there is an increase beyond 200% of the allowed traffic limit for your hosting plan in 24 hours, your site will be disabled temporarily without notice. To avoid this situation, we suggest that you inform us about your marketing campaigns and possible increase in traffic well in advance so that we could work out the costs involved.
