Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and English, and it replies in the language the visitor speaks. Names and numbers can occasionally be misheard, which is why tokens and booking numbers also appear on its screen.

About 10 seconds on average after the visitor finishes speaking — it is listening, looking up your information and preparing a spoken answer. Timing varies with your internet connection.
